1. Agreement

By accessing this website, purchasing a service, or engaging with any digital product offered by Astro Styling with Jess ("the Business"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.

2. Services offered

Astro Styling with Jess provides personal styling services, astrological style readings, intuitive guidance, and digital products including but not limited to style guides and lookbooks. All services are offered for personal growth, creative self-expression, and inspirational purposes.

Services are not a substitute for licensed professional advice in mental health, medicine, finance, or law. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in response to guidance received.

3. Payments & fees

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in USD. The Business reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes will not affect services already purchased.

4. Refund & cancellation policy

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of these services, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once work has commenced.

Session cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the Business.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requested, engage in good faith, and communicate openly throughout the service period. The quality and outcome of your experience is a co-creative process, and results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

All content created by Astro Styling with Jess — including style guides, lookbooks, readings, website copy, and social media content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Business. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any materials without prior written consent. Personal use only.

7. Confidentiality

Any personal information you share during sessions or in intake materials will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. The Business may use anonymized, non-identifying insights to inform future offerings.

8. Testimonials & photography

With your explicit permission, the Business may use your testimonial, feedback, or imagery for marketing purposes. You will never be featured without your prior consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Business directly.

9. Limitation of liability

Astro Styling with Jess shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website. Total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

The Business reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
